The Dothan Wiregrass Branch #5025 of the NAACP held it's Annual Freedom Fund Banquet on May 1, 2009 at Greater Beulah Missionary Baptist Church in Dothan, AL. The guest speaker was Rev. R Paul Hollman, pastor of Greater Beulah Missionary Baptist Church. His speech was centered around "NAACP" and he broke the letters up into 3 parts("N" "AA" "CP". The speach was wonderful and many who attended the event was inspired and motivated by it. Mackroyce Corbitt, Jr. was proud to introduce Rev. R. Paul Hollman and mentioned he was not a guest speaker cause this was his home and he was a member of the NAACP. There were over 300 attendees to the event. Including local state and city representatives. |
