It is official, Commissioner Larry Matthews is throwing his hat in to run once again for Commissioner of District I. AfroDothan.com and Machroyce Corbitt, Sr. was on had for the announcement along with family and friends. The weather did not stop the show and Commissioner Larry Matthews had a lot to say about some of the things he has acheived as commissioner and what he would like to see done. One of the things most notable is working with his fellow commissioners to bring about a change in the form of working together for a better Dothan as a whole and not being divided by district or any other dividing factors. Commissioner Larry Matthews works with several organization and is on and worked with many boards throughout the community over the years. He is a family man and believes in God and his country.
