The event was put on by D&R promotions and Greenthumb Ent. and it was the end of a very entertaining week, but hopefully the beginning of some talented artists new careers. The Wiregrass Rap Supreme was the beginning with That Boi Twin winning the grand prize and Phaze I coming in second. It was a close event with Dream Boi Slym in Third and we can't forget Country Boi representing Bama and earning much respect in the Dot in a fourth place finish. All where invited to participate in the Circle City Showcase and they all showed up. There was some great talent to be seen at this event. Some of which included the guys from Pensecola, Florida which included the coolest brother In a 5 XL Mr. Big Bone. Also there was talent from Georgia and of course Alabama, Baaaby!!! A must mention is Suga Bear and McWilliams with a true classic to remember. You got to see the video once it is finished on AfroDothanLive. Some other artist to remember were White Owl, Circle City Boyz, Blue Tears Productions, Tre' O and many others. There where so many artist, I can't remember all their names, but they all represented and it was good to see one of Dothan's own show up and show out!!! The winners of the event by a long shot were those boys you have seen on our site many times before and our second place winners, PHAZE I. They represented with the hit "Bama Hat." Phaze I brought their A Game with Props and energy, they truly did their thang. Also from Alabama The 20 Foot Trill Mob of Selma, Alabama was second and Chantelay, Young Reepa, K.Z. all of Pensecola, FL tied for Third. The event was something to see and it showed we had some true talent and that we shouldn't be over looked. Judges for the event included Wil-low, Cazuletee, and yours truly Mackroyce of AfroDothan.com & PrintKingz.com. The host of the show was Double D and the guest DJ was DJ Colock.
